Results of My PayPal Complaint are In....BAD NEWS...Surprise, Surprise, He Took the Money Out of His Accounts Already...
HERE IS THE TEXT OF THE EMAIL I RECEIVED FROM PAYPAL (I've replaced my name with XXXX):
"Dear XXXX,
After careful review, we have concluded our investigation of the Buyer Complaint described below.
We have decided in your favor, however, we were unable to recover any funds from the seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement, recovery of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.
Please know that we will make our best effort to recover the funds in question if they become available in the seller's account in the future and will take appropriate action against the seller. Such action may include issuing a warning, a temporary restriction, or terminating the account. Keep in mind that PayPal uses a number of factors to determine when to take action, including member complaints. Due to privacy laws, we cannot discuss the details of any action taken. We hope you understand our policy and that it assures you that you are safe using PayPal."

What email address did you send your Paypal payment too? As most of them are not in operation, so will probably never have the funds. However, Donalds yahoo address is still in operation, so what I suggest is email Paypal with all his addresses, and see if they recover the funds from the ones still in operation.

I have just filled a claim with Paypal, so I might email them these addresses also, just in case.

Btw, just to let you know, that all email addresses are unable to receive funds, apart from paypal_ordering@yahoo.com, which is still in operation. I have just emailed paypal with all his addresses, even though my dispute is still open.
If you email them too, then maybe they may get onto the case quicker.

I also have emailed them with all of this information. The more people that decide to file a complaint, the better.
Also, from what I understand, there may be a FBI investigation already started.
If you cannot get your money back from Paypal, dispute your credit card through the fraud department. That is what my credit card company told me to do if I couldn't recover the money from Paypal.
Paypal have got back to me, and they are investigating him further!
